How does BelBel & Co. work?
You register your company, add your team and their birthdays, and put a card on file. On each employee's birthday we bake, wrap, and deliver a box of cookies (and an optional bouquet) to your office address. Your card is charged the day we ship.
Is the cookie box the default option?
Yes. Every employee on the list gets a hand-baked cookie box by default. Bouquets are optional and can be toggled on per person. You can change either option at any time from the dashboard.
How much does it cost?
Pay-as-you-go: $32 per cookie box, $35 per bouquet, plus $12 same-day office delivery. There are no monthly fees, no minimums, and no per-seat charges.
How is my card charged?
Your card is securely tokenized by Stripe and stored off-session. We charge it automatically the morning we ship a gift — never before.
What if an employee leaves?
Remove them from the dashboard in two clicks. We never ship to an employee who has been removed.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands today. We expand based on customer demand — tell us where you need us.
Can I bulk-import birthdays from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Paste a CSV with name and birthday into the dashboard's import tool and we'll set defaults for you.
Are the cookies nut-free / vegan / gluten-free?
You can flag dietary needs per employee in the notes field — we match each order to a partner bakery that meets the requirement.
